Condition of the Package Upon Receipt of Your Order It is important to verify the integrity and conformity of the delivered goods at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery note. This verification is considered to have been carried out once the buyer, or a person authorized by them, has signed the delivery note. No recourse is then possible.
If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, open, or if the product appears to be deteriorated, it is imperative to refuse the delivery by specifying the reason for refusal on the transport document with indications such as: package received damaged, product x is missing, or product x is damaged. Delivery refused.
REMINDER: Reservations of the type "subject to unpacking" have no legal value. Reservations must be precise: "package received damaged, product reference XXXX is missing or product XXX is damaged due to a shock." These details are essential for us to return the product to the carrier and request a replacement. Reservations must be issued on the carrier's waybill, of which you must keep a copy (photo, scan, or other). If the carrier does not have a paper waybill, you can take a photo of their electronic flasher (the reservations issued must be legible in your photo) or fill out a free paper, signed by yourself and the carrier, precisely listing the reservations
